NEW March Madness Update

Alright, some of you are probably getting really bored with these updates, but to be complete I need to give you another before the next round. This last weekend was huge for my bracket picks. I picked all 8 of the Elite 8 correctly as well as all 4 of the Final 4. All of this guessing success moved me up in our league to 8th out of 31 people. I am hoping to move up again this weekend to finish in the top 5. Right now the top five in our league are:

2. Jeff Spaw
3. Adam Stone
4. John Deveau
5. Danin

March Madness Update

Well after round two I moved up a little bit. Going into round three today I am currently ranked number 18 out of 31. I am hoping to move up even more this weekend. Right now the top five places in our tournament are:

5. Adam Stone, Dawn Brendel, Jeff Spaw (184 points)

March Madness: So far...So NOT Good!!

After two days of March Madness, by bracket picks have placed me close to last in our church's tournament league. I am currently ranked 27 out of 31...OUCH!! I still have a lot of potential points to gain though in the next few rounds. We'll see what happens. Right now the top 10 in our league are:

Guitar Hero

Natalie's bro and sis came down to P and K's the other night. Joel brought down the Playstation 2 and we played Guitar Hero!! Needless to say...it rocked. I have included some pictures below. I will try to load some video if I get a chance.

On Vacation in LaOtto??

So we're not really on vacation this week, but it is like vacation. We are "house-sitting" for Phil and Kathy T. while they are in Florida. It's not just Natalie and me though, we are staying at Phil and Kathy's with our good friends Aaron and Jenny L.

The seven of us (4 people, 2 dogs, 1 cat) are having a great time. We have especially enjoyed the big screen TV and Tivo. We've had a blast already, staying up later than we should (at least Aaron and I have). We watched 24 last night, looking forward to American Idol tonight and tomorrow, then the Office and Grey's Anatomy on Thursday. Not to mention all the basketball that is coming up this weekend. On top of that, the girls have enjoyed planning meals and Aaron and I have enjoyed eating them.

PS. Whoever put the "SQUATTERS" signs in the front yard this morning...we will find you!! (Believe me, we've had more laughs about the signs than you probably ever anticipated!!)

Bowling a Strike (Natalie)

Last Friday Natalie and I went to Crazy Pinz as a late celebration of her birthday. We had a great time spending the day together. Natalie did awesome...so awesome that I decided to record her bowling a strike. She did it on the first try. For some reason for me it took many attempts to record me bowling a strike. I guess Natalie is just better. We finally got it though. See both below.

Febru-hairy

As some of you know, Aaron and I grew out our hair and beards this year during FEBRU-HAIRY. We did it as part of a fundraiser at our church for a youth trip coming up later this year. The fundraiser involved a challenge to the people of our church, that if they collected enough change ($200 worth) to go towards the trip, we would then shave our heads bald after growing everything out. We thought we were going to get out of it, but at the last minute a few people put us over the top. So I have included some pictures below of me at the end of Febru-hairy and then after shaving my head.
